Returns Policy
At ToolForm UK, we want you to be happy with your order. We supply CNC router bits, router tooling and accessories for hobby, trade and woodworking use. Please check your order carefully when it arrives and contact us if there are any issues.
Change of Mind Returns
For standard stock items, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you would like to return it.
After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be:

Unused
-
In its original packaging where possible

In a resalable condition
-
Not damaged, marked or used in a machine
The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Made to Order, Custom or Special Order Items
Some ToolForm UK products may be made to order, custom ordered, specially sourced or supplied in non-standard sizes.
Made to order, custom or special order items cannot usually be returned for change of mind once the order has been confirmed or production/sourcing has started.
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clear photos of the item, packaging and any damage if relevant
If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, exchange or refund.
Where the fault is our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Used Tooling
Router bits and cutting tools must be checked before use. Once a tool has been used, we may not be able to accept a return unless the item is faulty.
Damage caused by incorrect feed rates, spindle speed, material choice, workholding, machine setup, misuse, overheating or normal wear is not classed as a product fault.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
For change of mind returns, standard delivery costs may be refunded where required by law, but upgraded delivery services or additional postage options may not be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
