Refund policy

At ToolForm UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Opened consumables
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the return postage cost.
  • If you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

UK Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to certain exceptions (such as custom-made products).

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
